Join us this Friday, September 18th at The Blank Space Yoga for an Intro to Aerials Workshop with Elysian Aerial Arts!
This 75-minute, beginner-friendly workshop is a fun opportunity to try something completely different. We’ll warm up together, learn shapes on the lyra (aerial hoop) and sling, put it all together into a sequence, and finish with a relaxing cool-down and stretch.
No experience necessary—just come curious and ready to play! 🤍
