My beautiful friend Anna took this picture in Costa Rica a couple days ago. I had no idea that squirrels do Reiki too!

Squirrels are amazing gatherers, and they know how to balance giving and receiving. They teach us to conserve our energy if we've been giving too much. They also remind us to have fun and let go of worries and problems as much as we can.

Also, you know how squirrels can be erratic little things? Sometimes when they come into our lives it's a reminder to focus on one thing at a time and not try to do too much.

Since he's touching my friend Anna, he's transferring his medicine (aka energy, aka power) to her physically to help her with all those qualities he's so good at. Our eyes transmit a great deal of energy as well, and he's looking right at her, giving her all he's got.
