When appointments are missed or canceled with less than 12 hours notice, it can be difficult to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care. Please make sure your 2-day email notifications and your 2 hour text notifications are turned on.

If you need to cancel within 12 hours, it will result in a 50% charge of your appointment. No shows will be 100% of the appointment charge.
