We are honored to recognize Councilor Daniel P. Rourke at next week's "Fore" Hope & Recovery Golf Tournament for his longtime dedication to the Lowell community and his commitment to public service.

As we come together on the course and the luncheon following, we’ll be celebrating his leadership and the positive impact he has made in the city he has served for so many years.
