📣 We’re hiring a Registered Dietitian at Emerge Treatment!

We’re looking for someone who understands the complexity of the relationship between nutrition, mental health, trauma, body image, and eating behaviors—and who feels confident supporting clients when those concerns show up alongside their primary mental health treatment.

Our RD will be an integrated part of the clinical team, providing individual nutrition support, facilitating four nutrition groups each week, and collaborating closely with therapists and other providers to support whole-person care.

✨ Monday–Friday, daytime hours
✨ $65,000–$80,000 salary range
✨ Women-only treatment environment
✨ Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team
✨ Opportunity to bring creativity and expertise to our nutrition programming

Required: Registered Dietitian credential and Utah licensure.

**Strongly preferred: Experience treating eating disorders and/or disordered eating in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

If you’re an RD who is passionate about mental health and helping women build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food and their bodies, we’d love to hear from you!

We asked Roxy to pick her favorite staff member….

There was a winner. But more importantly, there was a VERY clear loser. 🫡🧡🐾

We loved welcoming our community partners to Emerge last week! 🧡

Thank you for taking the time to tour our space, learn more about our program, and share in our mission of increasing access to quality mental health care for women in our community. We are grateful for the relationships, collaboration, and shared commitment that make this work possible.

And, of course, no Emerge tour would be complete without our favorite team member making an appearance. 🐾 Roxy was undoubtedly the star of the show—just as she is every day for our staff and clients.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to working together to help more women heal, grow, and thrive. ✨

At Emerge, we talk a lot about boundaries — and not because they make everyone happy in the moment. Sometimes healthy boundaries do frustrate people. Sometimes they’re uncomfortable. Sometimes they’re met with pushback, guilt trips, or very dramatic facial expressions from 100-pound dogs who believe they deserve unlimited attention from every human in a 10-mile radius.

But discomfort doesn’t automatically mean the boundary is wrong.

One of the hardest parts of healing is learning that you are allowed to set limits even when other people don’t like them. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to protect your peace, your energy, your time, and your needs without needing everyone’s approval first.

Confidence in boundaries usually doesn’t start with feeling fearless. It starts with tolerating the discomfort that comes when you stop overextending yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.

Even if your dog looks personally victimized by it. 🧡

On Wednesdays, we wear pink. 💗
When one of our newer clients said pink was her favorite color, the other women in the group decided we should all wear pink to celebrate her first week. Of course, we couldn’t refuse.

What may look small is actually something we value deeply—women noticing each other, including each other, and creating safety through simple acts of care. We love the support our clients offer one another every day. This is how healing happens. 🧡💕

Sun’s out, smiles all around ☀️🧡

At Emerge, healing happens in the little moments—laughing together as a team and seeing our clients express themselves in their own beautiful, creative ways. The warmer weather has us all feeling a little lighter, a little brighter, and a lot more connected.

Before we were therapists, techs, and dietitians…
we were little girls learning how to navigate big feelings.

Now we hold space for women doing the same.

At Emerge, healing isn’t just one hour a week.
It’s therapy.
It’s nutrition.
It’s expressive arts.
It’s skill building.
It’s the steady presence through every hour of programming.
It’s community.

We built what we believe in —
a place where women feel safe, seen, and strong enough to become.

Same hearts.
Bigger purpose. 🦋
