Still feeling incredibly grateful. I had the honor of receiving the Watch Her Soar - Rising Star Award at the Women of Worth (WOW!) Celebration.
But honestly, the award feels secondary to what it meant to be in that room.
And the beautiful thing about the WOW! Awards is that they aren’t really about winning. They’re about the women who are showing up, taking chances, building things, caring for others, creating connection, following a calling, and making a difference—sometimes without even realizing how much their presence matters.
Being included among them was an honor in itself.
And a huge thank you to Lisa Sullivan and Pam King for pouring so much heart, energy, and dedication into creating this space for women to be seen, celebrated, and—perhaps most importantly—receive. There is something genuinely beautiful about a room where women cheer for one another without competition.
I also couldn’t have done this without the support of this beautiful community and your dedication to prioritizing the much-needed self-care and well-being that makes the work at Salt & Light possible.
The message of WOW! says it perfectly:
Worth isn’t something you win. It’s something you already have.
I’m grateful to be part of a community that believes that.
Here’s to the women who lift each other up, create space for each other, and remind one another of our light.
We are all Women of Worth.
