Today at Valor Behavioral Health, we're celebrating two extraordinary milestones.

Our Co-Founder & CEO, Ryan Lichterman, celebrates 19 years of continuous sobriety today. Yesterday, our COO, Greg Holden, celebrated 20 years.

Combined, that's nearly four decades of lived recovery, and it's no coincidence that these two leaders built Valor with that experience at its core. Their journeys don't just inform the work we do; they are the reason we do it.

Ryan and Greg, thank you for your courage, your commitment, and for showing every person we serve that lasting recovery is possible.

Here's to you both 🙏
