Celebrating 10 Years of Dedication! We are proud to celebrate Stephanie and her 10 year work anniversary in our amazing Dietary Department! As a dedicated cook, Steph brings hard work, care, and a little extra warmth to every meal she prepares for our residents. Her commitment over the past 10 years has made a meaningful difference to our residents and our entire team. Congratulations on 10 years! It's official!! We are so proud to celebrate not one, not two, but THREE of our employees! Emily, Stacey and Lizzie passed their state exams and are now officially LPNs! All three began with CTKM and obtained their CNA certification through our Nurse Aide Training Program. They then continued their education through our LPN Apprenticeship Program and are now Licensed Practical Nurses! Their achievements are a true testament to CTKM’s growth pathways! We truly admire their dedication, hard work and commitment to their education while continuing to work and care for our residents. Balancing school and work is no small accomplishment and they have demonstrated an incredible work ethic and determination. We are so excited for them as they begin this next chapter in their careers, and we are even more excited to have them continue to be part of our team! Congratulations to all of you!

For the past decade, she has been an important part of our Dietary Team, sharing her talents in the kitchen and preparing delicious meals for our residents. We had a pun-derful time celebrating National Tell a Joke Day! HR traveled throughout the campus, sharing jokes, asking riddles and spreading fun along the way. Of course, we couldn’t let all that fun happen without a little friendly competition! Our employees put their joke and riddle solving skills to the test and the winners took home some fun prizes! We took LOTS of pictures to prove it! A big thank you to everyone who joined in the fun. Laughter really is one of the best ways to brighten someone’s day!
