Mrs. Mary delights in spending time with friends and piecing together puzzles, always sharing laughter and engaging conversation with her charming humor.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the DuQuoin Fire Department for assisting Mrs. Todd in blowing out all those candles!

Celebrating National Watermelon Day! 🍉

Today was an absolute blast as we celebrated National Watermelon Day! We kicked off the festivities with some fun and creative watermelon crafts that got everyone's artistic juices flowing. Afterward, we indulged in delicious watermelon slices on the patio, soaking up the sun and enjoying the fresh, juicy flavors. To wrap up this wonderful day, we played an exciting game of Bingo that had everyone on the edge of their seats.

Feeling grateful for the laughter, great company, and of course, the watermelon! Hope you all had a fantastic day too! 🌞❤️

Midweek Devotion and Friendship Day Celebration 🌟

Today, we enjoyed a delightful midweek devotion with Amber and Micah Lewis from Liberty Church.

Friends gathered to celebrate International Friendship Day. 🎉 One of our residents even had a lively group of friends join her for a game of Dominoes.

Then residents drew names and crafted unique gifts for their friends. Special thanks to Kim Heape, our activity director, who was chosen as a friend. Your kindness touches us all! 🎨❤️

Today, our residents celebrated National Milk Chocolate Day by indulging in delicious treats! We also harvested fresh grape tomatoes from our garden, adding sweetness to our day. 🍫🍓

Of course we couldn’t forget about Hair & Nail Day or things would have been bitter💅
