The Art of Being is a health and wellness business offered to the public to provide services that encompass mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, stress management, and support to help benefit individuals as a whole on their own personal life journey. We live in a world today of many distractions, suggestions, and expectations. Everyone deserves the opportunity to embrace their most authentic selves in

the world and that’s the vision that The Art of Being lives and breathes. Our mission is to motivate and empower people from all walks of life to feel valued, supported, and loved through physical stability, emotional wellbeing, spiritual growth and creating space for each person to be able to connect with their most authentic self from the inside out to help contribute to creating a brighter, more unified world.

It is with deep sadness that we make this announcement. Our beloved instructor Claire Bonnell will be taking a much longer than intended break with her classes. She ruptured her Achilles tendon and had to undergo surgery to reattach it last Friday. This is a long ongoing healing process that takes 9-12 months for a full recovery in which she can dance and move the ways that she used to. All classes will be discontinued until further notice. We wish you all continued healing and fellowship. Don't forget to stay connected to each other, lift one another up, and live your dreams. You never know when life may put a pause on the things you love most. With all the love and light in the universe, we love you 💚

After long thought and prayer, we have decided to take a break with classes this year. Our instructor has been in a reconstruction period and has had to make some challenging adjustments. We love and cherish our community and want to be able to put our best foot forward to support. Love and light to you all and we will be in touch in the future. 💚
