Due to the forecasted inclement weather headed our way this weekend, our office will be closed to any in-person services on Monday, January 26, 2026. All appointments for Monday will be virtual visits/telehealth, or rescheduled based on the visit type. Our office phones will be off as we will have a limited number of staff working remotely that day. You will be able to leave a voicemail on the emergency line for a provider for urgent matters. Please send requests and messages through the patient portal on Monday and we'll get back with as soon as we're able.

Thank you DECO community! Due to your generosity, we were able to make a HUGE donation to another local food pantry. While the holiday season is wrapping up, we know the need to support our neighbors and communities will continue. We are committed to collecting non perishable items and other non food essential items through January and will make additional donations to food pantries in our community.
