Whether you're cooking with changes in memory, mood, or identity, or navigating the challenges of daily functioning, Elizabeth provides a grounded, compassionate space for healing and growth.

Elizabeth is also skilled in working with individuals with substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression and life transitions. Elizabeth is in network with most major insurances and has immediate availability for in person in Dublin and virtual throughout the state.

We are so excited to welcome Sierra to the team at Sequoia!!

Sierra is passionate about working with children ages 4+ and adults through life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety and depression.

Sierra is in network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, and Cigna and will be seeing clients at our Dublin office starting October 1. She is also available virtually across Ohio.

In grad school many future therapists heard about it but the "blank slate therapist," that therapists are not to show emotion. But you know what, therapists are humans too with a full range of emotions and when our clients are hurting we feel that too. Good therapy starts with connection. So as we hold your emotions, we may sit next to you, hand you a tissue, shed a tear with you and give you a hug at the end of the session. At Sequoia, we share the space with you and are honored to hold you at your worst. We value the connection first and then we get to the evidenced based practices.
