Things athletes think are normal that aren’t:

• headaches after practice
• rolling the same ankle over and over
• constantly feeling “tight”
• needing pain meds before games
• icing and stretching the same thing every week

Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s normal.

Too many athletes get used to compensating and assume feeling beat up is just part of the game.

My approach is looking beyond where it hurts and asking why it keeps showing up in the first place. I’ve spent additional training focused on movement and extremities because athletes deserve more than temporary fixes.

Train hard. Recover harder. Stay in the game. ⚡
