Crescent Community Health Center is a federally qualified health center providing primary and preventative medical and dental care, brain health services, and wellness and nutrition coaching. In 2023, Crescent had more than 34,000 clinic visits serving 9,193 patients from throughout the tri-state area.

New Medicaid requirements are coming for some adults ages 19–64 — including some members of Molina, Wellpoint, and Iowa Total Care.

Certain Iowa Health and Wellness Plan members may need 80 hours each month through work, education, job training, or volunteer/community service. Activities can be combined.

Not everyone will have to meet this.
