Strong women helping build strong runners. 💪🏃‍♀️✨

A few weeks ago, we an incredible morning at our "She Runs Strong" women's running clinic! Thank you to everyone who joined us to learn, ask questions, and connect with other runners in our community.

We covered:
🏃‍♀️ Training principles for smarter running
🍎 Fueling to support performance and recovery
💪 Strength training for injury prevention and performance
🩺 Female-specific considerations that every runner should know

Our goal was to give women the knowledge and confidence to train stronger, stay healthier, and enjoy running for years to come.
