The triggers that could cause us to raise our vibration

The identifiers of our healing potential

The drivers of our growth/success

What we may need to accept and love to the point where they are no longer triggers but an aspect of ourselves we are mindful of

How do we raise our vibration? Meditation, exercise, taking walks in nature, clean eating, being mindful and changing thought patterns and emotions such as:

Low vibration: Anger, sadness, hatred, jealousy, depression, fear, negative self talk

High vibration: Forgiveness, compassion, love, joy, gratitude, become the observer

The most powerful healing comes from a time when we feel most defeated, the moments when we feel we are just trying to survive, when we feel we failed and yet we push through only to realize we have been healing, shifting, expanding, and building our foundations stronger than before.
