Our 90-day treatment center (IRTS program) is now looking for a positive, supportive, self-starter, and leader for their program in Duluth (located between CSS & UMD). This person will be outgoing, comfortable dealing with clients and staff, supportive and willing to teach others, and a TEAM player. This position requires excellent time management skills, organization and flexibility. On-call for client-based needs and rotating on-call for staff coverage. Duluth IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) located by UMD is seeking Mental Health Practitioners also known as Behavioral Health Practitioners. Available positions include Program Director (Full-time, M-F, on-call), Day Shift (8am-4pm, Full-time FTE 1.0, Evening Shift (4pm-midnight, Full-time FTE 1.0, Part-time FTE 0.6, Every Other Weekend FTE 0.2). No hands-on cares, all clients are independent with cares. MHRP/BHPR role includes 1:1 daily encounters/meetings with clients to work on treatment goals, leading daily groups, light cleaning, meal preparation, teaching ILS (independent living skills), coordination of care (scheduling appointments), medication administration, documentation (FAs, ITPS, etc.). Hands on training provided.
