Aaliyah, a staff member at The Farm, was selected as our March Metro West Employee of the Month!
Aaliyah is a breath of fresh air. She comes in to do her best and is always there for the folks she works with. Below is the nomination she received:
"Aaliyah arrives for each shift with a positive attitude and readiness to contribute to the team at "The Farm." She consistently takes initiative to assist wherever needed and completes tasks efficiently. Aaliyah ensures that residents have vrious activities to choose from, including dice games, card games, fishing trips, or outings to the store. She remains attentive to community events and works to keep clients engaged and active.
Additionally, Aaliyah demonstrates a strong passion for cleaning and maintains a high standard of cleanliness. She also ensures that clients are offered healthy meal options, preparing a variety of fresh vegetables for salads prior to dinner and involving the clients int he process.
Aaliyah takes pride in decorating for holidays and birthdays, ensuring the house is always welcoming and comfortable for clients. She is dedicated to exceeding expectations in her role, consistently seeking opportunities to learn and improve. Aaliyah demonstratees strong decoumentation skills during her shifts, maintains excellent time management, and her colleagues appreciate her presence on team shifts.
Aaliyah plans to expand her career in this field and someday take over "The Farm!""
