💚May is Mental Health Awareness Month💚

As the weather warms up, we're excited to be accepting new referrals for our Equine Therapy services. Guided by our licensed mental health professional and equine specialist, sessions use the natural awareness and responsiveness of horses to support personal growth, mental wellness, and to reach treatment goals.

Last month, Roni and Pam from our Equine Assisted Psychotherapy team enjoyed connecting with the community at the MN Horse Expo in St. Paul! 🐴

Tomorrow, March 24th, is Disability Services Day at the MN State Capitol!

Kim and Sheila have been hard at work today making signs for the group from RSI who will be in St. Paul advocating for people with disabilities, their necessary support systems, and their right to live independent and rewarding lives.

The Duluth Polar Bear Plunge is almost here! Tomorrow afternoon (Saturday 2/21) at 2:15, RSI's team members will be braving the chilly waters of Lake Superior to support an excellent cause - Special Olympics of Minnesota. ⭐

There's still time for you to show your support! Spectators are invited to come and watch the plunge and cheer on our team, and you can also make a donation to Special Olympics through our team page here: https://reg.plungemn.org/group/teamrsi

And most importantly, a huge thank you to everybody who has signed up to take the plunge, to everybody who has donated and shared posts, and to all of the amazing folks who make this event happen.
