This summer has been a lot of behind the scenes work. I have been working on soft launching new therapeutic modalities and techniques to better assist our community in overcoming Trauma and Mental Health struggles.

These modalities are specifically for individuals who have “Tried Everything” but something is still missing. Something different that traditional talk therapy, that I am excited to bring to the Moore County community.

I have also been working on some projects to help potential future Therapist, with the hopes of bing able to help the therapist of the future have the skills to support the mental health needs of this community.

I will be out of the office beginning Thursday, March 13th until Tuesday, April 1st 2025.
I will be taking time off to spend with family.
April 1st-4th I will be taking virtual sessions only
