Many people view cheat meals as a reward, but sometimes they can reveal underlying issues such as blood sugar imbalances, inflammation, or cravings that haven't been addressed yet.
In my approach, I prefer to think of them as planned flex meals. The goal isn't to "cheat" on your health. The goal is to create a sustainable lifestyle that you can maintain long term.
When the body is functioning properly and root causes are being addressed, many people notice fewer cravings, more stable energy, and a healthier relationship with food.
