Part-Time Front Desk Position at Scranton & Dunmore Locations
We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist for our Scranton location.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up visits using MEDENT scheduling tools.
• Help with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and processing patient payments.
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and perform clerical tasks including scanning, faxing, and filing.
* Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between clinic locations.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members.
* Knowledge of MEDENT EMR is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and use of electronic health records.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
