Real HEROs carry .

Empowering communities 1 person at a time! Narcan saves lives.

🚨Narcan (naloxone) is used for the emergency treatment of a known or suspected opioid overdose.

Narcan quickly restores normal breathing and consciousness in people experiencing an overdose from opioids like he**in, fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone, and hydrocodone.

Thank you Hope Inside Inc., Joshua’s Army, NikkosNannyForvever21, & Surviving Siblings Network for this much needed training.

🗓️Today is International Overdose Awareness Day. This initiative is driven by the following principles:
🟣Overdose can and must be prevented;
🟣Overdose prevention solutions exist;
🟣Criminalizing drug use hasn’t worked - Compassionate alternatives must be pursued;
🟣Policy and legislation must exist to protect individuals and communities, and ensure basic human rights and needs are met.

🟢🟡🔴 How are you doing today?

One of the most important things we can do in recovery is be HONEST about where we are, not where we wish we were.

🟢 Green Zone: You're doing well. Your mood is stable, you're feeling hopeful, and you're able to enjoy life.

🟡 Yellow Zone: Something has shifted. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, irritable, emotionally drained, losing interest in things you normally enjoy, or noticing old triggers. This is the time to lean in, not pull away.

Ask yourself: • Who can I call today?
• What recovery tools do I need to use?
• Have I been spending time with God?
• Am I staying connected to my sponsor, accountability partners, or recovery family?

🔴 Red Zone: If you're feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, isolating, unable to sleep, or not taking care of yourself, please don't fight this battle alone. Reach out immediately to someone you trust, your local Recovered & Restored Leaders, a pastor, counselor, or a crisis resource if you're in immediate danger.

Recovery isn't about pretending everything is okay. Recovery is about recognizing where you are, reaching out for help, and taking the next right step.

No matter what color you're in today, there is hope. Jesus meets us exactly where we are and walks with us toward healing.

📍 Looking for a Recovery meeting? Join us at Recovered & Restored. Meetings are held every Friday at Grace Chapel Church. Free meal at 6:30 & mtgs at 7.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2 (NIV)
