Part of my work as a healer is making sure my energy is sovereign and when I feel that it’s not, identifying why and taking care of it is important for my work, my health and for my clients.

This was not nefarious in any way. I tend to work with clients who need a minute to sit, rest and to have a sip of water after realizing Western Medicine can’t fully support them. My work provides a place of refuge.

But it does not serve anyone to energetically take up real estate in my space when the session is over. So this cord cutting was realizing that this is what happened and beginning to strongly separate where I end and they begin. Now more energy work will happen behind the scenes but during this cord cutting, I psychically received the answers I need.

I’m doing worlds better with this than when I began but I’m still learning on keeping my space because when I do, everyone benefits.

The dog is fine and home now 🙌🏻 apparently he’s missing so often that our town has a page dedicated to him. Small town living gets me every time…

My guides were LOUD. Oh, no. Not today, they said. NOT today 🤣🙌🏻😭

Sometimes our intuition is loud, sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s talking to us through our feelings, emotions, body sensations. Other times, they yell it right in your ear. No matter how you receive, you’re always receiving.

This is what cord cutting looks like BEFORE the body, mind and systems have processed through what needs to be processed. The cord remains until the body feels safe and stable enough to let go.

The video shows what I’d seen psychically but the ritual helped to get my mind and body onboard, saying, it’s time to start moving out of this. My last post talks more about cords and how they stay active.

To ground back into my body once I knew Rajah was fine (Rajah is a service dog for me and my body registered this as DANGER) was take hot salt baths and sleep. A ton of sleep.

I’m doing a lot better today, four days out. I’m ready to start doing self-healings on myself and to drop in with my nervous system in a more intentional way now because things have really started to settle. I always pause my own healings and will work with someone else when I feel like I need to and that’s what happened here.

Before I do another cord cutting for the situation (which I’ll begin doing psychically) I’m going to support my energy systems and do energy work on myself. I’m going to reframe the situation and get my mental body back onboard and I’ll observe how my physical body responds to stressers. I’ll watch as the cord moves or dissolves and I’ll do another candle session in a couple of weeks because physical magic is such a powerful addition to psychic work.

In today’s cleansing I used dried pine I saved from last year in Mount Shasta & sage. Just like with distance energy healing, you can receive the benefits of a smoke cleanse from a distance. Set your intention and allow it to wash over and out, inviting in higher energy.

I had a client when I was in Hawaii and one of her messages was to start doing cord cutting magic with candles. It’s been an itch in my brain since and I finally got around to doing one today.

If you’re feeling drained and tired from a relationship you’ve already let go, but it still has a hold on you, energy mapping sessions are open. I always explain cord cutting to clients and let them know what’s in their field. Energy mapping sessions are all about choice.
