🚨 URGENT RECALL ALERT FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS 🚨

Nara Organics has issued a nationwide voluntary recall of all lots of its Whole Milk Organic Powdered Infant Formula. This follows three reported infant hospitalizations linked to possible botulism contamination.
If you have this formula at home, please take these immediate actions to protect your baby:

❌ STOP FEEDING IMMEDIATELY

* Discontinue use of this formula right away.
* Switch to a safe alternative option immediately.

📦 HANDLING OPENED VS. UNOPENED CANS

* Opened Cans: Do not throw them away yet. Label them "DO NOT USE" and store them safely. The CDC and FDA may need them for testing over the next month.
* Unopened Cans: These can be safely thrown away or returned for a refund.

⚠️ WATCH FOR BOTULISM SYMPTOMS
Seek emergency medical care immediately if your infant shows any of these signs:

* Constipation
* Poor feeding or weak crying
* Drooping eyelids
* Low muscle tone (appearing "floppy")
* Difficulty swallowing or breathing

* Bought at Target: Return the item to any Target store location or use their online return portal.
* Bought on [Nara.com](https://nara.com/): Orders from May and June 2026 are being automatically refunded. For other months, take a photo of the bottom of the can and submit it on the Nara Organics website refund form.
