🎉 Last weekend we gathered in Salida for the Feed the Therapist Retreat—and I’m still sitting with how meaningful it was to witness.

Therapists stepped away from the pace of their work and into space that was intentional, grounded, and deeply human. What unfolded was a balance of clarity and connection—time to think, time to be supported, and time to reconnect with both personal and professional direction. 🌻

💜 Participants shared leaving feeling more clear, energized, and motivated… with renewed ideas for how to make their work feel more aligned and sustainable. There was a consistent thread of feeling held—not just in their businesses, but as whole people.

What stood out most:

✨ space that felt both casual and productive
✨ connection that prioritized authenticity over networking
✨ permission to show up exactly as you are
✨ clarity that extended beyond work into life as a whole

This is exactly why this retreat exists.

So much gratitude for this group and what was created together. 🙏

The survey takes about 5–10 minutes and explores:
• Ethical tensions and challenges in supervision
