We are a fast-growing, state-of-the-art optometry practice and are looking for an upbeat, detail-oriented Optometric Technician to join our patient-focused team! Responsibilities include:
• Pre-testing: Conduct preliminary eye exams (visual acuity, autorefraction, retinal imaging). Perform diagnostic testing such as visual fields and retinal imaging.
• Medical Histories: Accurately record patient histories and update Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Patient Care: Prepare patients for doctor examinations and educate them on procedures, contact lens handling, and eye care. Clean and maintain instruments. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Happy 3 Year Work Anniversary Eliana Pescador!! Today we're celebrating 3 years with Eli. She works as an Optometric Technician. When asked what she loves most about working here, she shared that it's Dr. Clay's Monday hugs and the way everyone makes you feel so welcome. Fun fact: she loves learning more about her Catholic faith with her mom. Outside of work, Eliana enjoys any new adventure with her three kids, a good book, and trying new foods. Sharing everyday moments with patients and staff is the most rewarding part of her career, and she considers watching her team grow and learn to be a great privilege. Fun fact Barbara has a business degree with a minor in fashion merchandising. She loves creating outfits that are fashionable yet comfortable. Some of her favorite accessories are sunglasses and hats. Outside of work, she enjoys tending to her plants and flowers. She also loves creating lasting memories with her grandkids, whether they are attending plays, exploring playgrounds, gathering around a campfire, or spending time at the beach.
