Meet our staff: Spotlight
Sierra Gallagher, LPC-C
Sierra is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPC-C) who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in May 2026.
She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Sierra has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related experiences.
She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating an eclectic style that allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Sierra believes that every individual has strengths that can be built upon, and she works collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools for lasting growth and positive change.
Outside of the counseling office, Sierra enjoys spending time with her family, baking sourdough, being outdoors, and exploring creative projects. She values connection, personal growth, and balance—principles that guide both her personal life and professional work.
