Over the weekend, we had a great time participating in the Durham County Aging Gracefully Resource Fair! 💙

The highlight was not only connecting with community members and sharing more about our PACE services, but also watching the Durham Dancing Divas showcase that age is just a number and every stage of life is worth celebrating.

We loved being part of an event that celebrates healthy aging, active living, and the incredible older adults who continue to inspire our community every day.
