I was just telling someone the other day that getting on a massage table triggers a Pavlovian reflex for me. Instead of the bell dinging and the dog salivating, I get on the table and immediately relax 🫠

In other news, I'm having surgery on Monday October 19th to fix my hearing. I'll be out for 8 days. The week I come back will be light duty, and it's already fully booked.
