Our 10-year anniversary celebration was a blast! 🎉 This past week, our Therapy Smarts team came together to enjoy a delicious meal, fun games, and meaningful conversations as we reflected on the incredible growth of our organization over the past decade.

It was a wonderful reminder that every milestone deserves to be celebrated, and we are so grateful for the amazing team that has helped us turn challenges into triumphs for the past 10 years! 💙🧡

October is Mental Health Awareness Month!

Did you know that anxiety in children doesn't always look like worry or fear? Sometimes, it shows up in ways parents may not immediately recognize.

Every child experiences anxiety differently, and recognizing the signs is the first step toward helping them feel supported. Occasional anxiety is a normal part of childhood, but when worries begin interfering with everyday life, additional support may help.

What an incredible way to kick off our 10-year anniversary celebration! 💙🧡

We had so much fun celebrating with our friends from the Durham Bulls, the Big Blue Monster, and our amazing Therapy Smarts families and community. ⚾️🎈 Seeing our kiddos smile, play, and celebrate alongside us made this milestone even more special.
