Over the past decade, Duke-Margolis has progressed from a “startup” interdisciplinary center to a University Institute, through our collaborative research and reform activities to advance timely, evidence-based health policy. Reflecting our larger scale and potential for broader future impact, we are pleased to share that Kate Bundorf has been appointed Co-Director with Founding Director Mark McClellan. Kate will focus on creating greater synergies with Duke faculty research as well as strengthening our unique interdisciplinary educational programs for students across Duke University. Mark will focus on leading strong and expanding applied policy research at Duke-Margolis, and activities with policymakers and the health care community.
