Duke University Hospital is proud to celebrate Independence Day. The freedom that it represents for our nation extends to the ways our organization is able to provide fair and equitable access to quality healthcare to patients and communities from all walks of life. It also allows us the freedom to live out our commitment to celebrate the diverse strengths and contributions of our team members across the health system.

As we observe this special holiday with family and friends, let us do so with a sense of unity and pride, and reflect on how the freedoms we enjoy can inspire us all to greatness in how we care for our patients, their loved ones, and each other. Happy Independence Day – and thank you for all that you do!
