We're so excited to announce that Summer Groups are here at McKee Collaborative Therapy!
This first group we're offering is perfect for teens preparing to be on their own for the first time after high school, newer college students navigating reduced built-in support, and anyone in-between!
Registration is now open for "Beyond Reminders: Executive Functioning for Emerging Adults"
▫️ Promoting agency & autonomy, and exploring systems for self-management with fading adult support
▫️A four-part group series for ages 16-19
This group will be held at our office in Durham, NC
Weekly on Thursdays, 6-7:30pm | July 9th-30th
$85 per session | self-pay, insurance accepted
Participants will learn how to:
✳️ Build systems that work for their brain
✳️ Manage responsibilities with greater independence
✳️ Strengthen planning, organization, & follow-through
✳️ Advocate for themselves effectively
✳️ Prepare for college, work, & adult life
Meet your group facilitator, Dr. Rachel McKee:
As a clinical psychologist, Rachel is passionate about helping teens and young adults better understand themselves and develop systems that support success in everyday life. Drawing from her background in school psychology and behavioral science, she takes a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming approach that emphasizes self-understanding, practical skill-building, and growing independence.
