Progress doesn’t always take months, sometimes it happens in just days.

At Okeena Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re proud to share the recovery journey of resident James Ricketts. Upon admission, James required minimal to moderate assistance with both mobility and ADLs.

In just 11 days, James made impressive strides:
• Stand-by assist with mobility
• Stand-by assist with ADLs
• 90% of therapy goals met

James was able to safely discharge home in less than two weeks, demonstrating the power of focused care and determination.

We’re proud of his progress and thankful to our team for supporting him every step of the way.

Great care and strong teamwork can make all the difference in a short amount of time.

At Okeena Health & Rehabilitation Center, we’re proud to share the progress of resident Donnie Bolden. Upon admission, Donnie required moderate assistance with mobility, moderate to maximum assistance with ADLs, and was managing a swallowing deficit with a downgraded diet.

In just 2.5 weeks, Donnie achieved:
• Stand-by assist to modified independence with mobility
• Modified independence with ADLs
• Advancement in diet following improvement in swallowing
• 100% of therapy goals met

Donnie was successfully discharged home, stronger and more independent.

In his own words:
“Y’all have been really nice to work with!”

We’re proud of Donnie’s progress and grateful to our team for helping him reach his goals and return home safely.
