I’ve been waiting to share this one! 💙🧡

SYNERGY HomeCare SE Metro (Eagan) is officially expanding!

Over the last several months, we’ve been working behind the scenes to make sure we were ready for this next step. Hiring, training, building our team and making sure we had the right systems in place to grow without sacrificing the quality of care that got us here.

And now we’re ready!

Our service area has grown significantly throughout the south and east metro, adding communities like Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Hastings, Newport, St. Paul Park, South St. Paul, Maplewood and additional areas of St. Paul.

As a business owner, growth is exciting, but what makes me most proud isn't having a bigger map.

It’s knowing that when a family calls because Mom needs help at home, a hospital needs a safe discharge plan, or someone is completely overwhelmed trying to care for a loved one, we now get to say “yes, we can help” to a whole lot more people.

We didn't grow first and figure out staffing later. We prepared, hired and trained so we could be ready to serve these communities the right way.

I’m incredibly proud of the team that got us here and so excited to see what this next chapter brings.

Our map got bigger. Our mission stayed exactly the same. That's why Activated Insights named our specific agency a top 100 agency in the Nation. Each person we care for or work with is what makes us so special. 💙🧡

SYNERGY HomeCare of Eagan is honored to sponsor a FREE day trip for local veterans, and their families, to visit the brand-new Minnesota Military & Veterans Museum on Friday, September 18, 2026. just days after its grand opening!

This incredible new 40,000-square-foot museum is nearly 8 times larger than the previous location and showcases Minnesota’s military history like never before. You’ll see historic tanks, a WWII training glider, a submarine sail, and so much more. The museum also connects to the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery with a beautiful scenic walkway.

🎉 Exciting News at SYNERGY HomeCare! 🌟

We are thrilled to welcome Kelsie to our team as a Registered Nurse! Kelsie brings a wealth of experience, having started her career as a Medical Assistant at the University of Minnesota before graduating from Rasmussen School of Nursing in 2021. Since then, she has worked both in the field as a Registered Home Care nurse and in the office in a leadership role, directing care teams.

Outside of her professional background, Kelsie is a dedicated mom to three kids, and she has a charming crew of pets at home, including an adorable but hefty beagle and two playful cats.

When she's not providing excellent care to our clients, you can find Kelsie exploring the great outdoors on a hiking adventure or discovering hidden treasures while antiquing.

I know inviting care into your home is a big decision, and one that often involves the whole family. That’s why we offer evening and weekend home assessments designed around YOUR schedule. Bring your kids, your siblings, your best friend, or the neighbor who feels like family. We’ll sit down together, answer every question, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Today’s first visit even came with a sweet treat for the road, a reminder that caregiving is personal, and the little things matter. It’s not just a. Client trusting us with their safety, it’s also everyone who knows them. I take that trust personally!
