🎉 Exciting News at SYNERGY HomeCare! 🌟

We are thrilled to welcome Kelsie to our team as a Registered Nurse! Kelsie brings a wealth of experience, having started her career as a Medical Assistant at the University of Minnesota before graduating from Rasmussen School of Nursing in 2021. Since then, she has worked both in the field as a Registered Home Care nurse and in the office in a leadership role, directing care teams.

Outside of her professional background, Kelsie is a dedicated mom to three kids, and she has a charming crew of pets at home, including an adorable but hefty beagle and two playful cats.

When she's not providing excellent care to our clients, you can find Kelsie exploring the great outdoors on a hiking adventure or discovering hidden treasures while antiquing.

Last Monday, I had the distinct honor of speaking on behalf of the American Legion Post at a Memorial Concert in Eagan. Below are my words of dedication:
My name is Bri Beltran, and I have the honor of serving as the Second Vice Commander of Post 594. I served in the Army National Guard. I didn’t do anything significant, but I am also an Army wife who understands firsthand the sacrifices military families carry alongside those who serve. I’m one of the lucky ones because my husband has always come back home. I don’t have to picture what my life would be like without him. I have friends that aren’t so lucky. For several of us here today, it isn’t symbolic, it’s personal. Memorial Day is a day of remembrance dedicated to the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice. Today, we pause to honor those who never made it home. We remember the lives given, the families changed, and the courage shown by Americans willing to defend us with their lives.
At our American Legion Post, that spirit of remembrance is central to our mission. We are committed to honoring veterans... and ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten.
That is why today’s dedication matters so deeply to me.
We are hoping to take a moment of your time to honor a specific group of Veteran's who gave their lives. This statue we are adding is not simply a monument. It is visibility. and It is representation.
women who serve our country are often left out of the images that represent military service.The inclusion of a female soldier in our public monument corrects that in Eagan.
I would like to dedicate this statue to the 13 United States service members who have died at war this year. While I cannot share every story, I only have 5 minutes, I would like to honor three of them by name.
Captain Ariana G. Savino of Covington, Washington, who joined the military inspired by her father. Her family is now honoring her legacy by creating an aviation scholarship for Latino youth and women interested in aviation.
And Master Sgt. Nicole Pruitt of Bardstown, Kentucky, who dedicated nearly a decade to military service and is survived by her husband and two young children.
Sgt. First Class Nicole M. Amor of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, a mother to a high school senior and a fourth-grader, who was only days away from returning home to Minnesota and to her family.
Her husband Joey said today that “People say freedom is not free. They are right.
But most will never truly understand the invoice.
The invoice is children growing up without their mother. It is a folded flag handed to a grieving family. It is two soldiers walking up your driveway that divides your life into before and after. It is learning how to carry unbearable love with nowhere left to place it.”
These women served with courage, commitment, and honor & they can only be with us today in spirit because they gave their lives for us.
Following todays concert, we invite all of you to stay with us for the official dedication ceremony.

Some of my favorite moments happen around a kitchen table over coffee, conversation, and yes… sometimes an almond croissant. 🥐🤍🧑‍🍳
