If you’ve seen us talk about Tox Day and wondered what exactly that means, here’s the rundown!

Every 3 months, we set aside a day specifically for tox appointments and offer special pricing for anyone scheduled that day:

💉 20% off when you pay with cash
💉 15% off when you pay with a card

Why every 3 months? That’s around the time many of our regular tox patients are ready for a refresh, so Tox Day makes it a little easier to stay on your usual schedule and save some money while you’re at it.

And you definitely don’t have to already be a regular! If you’ve been thinking about trying tox, you’re welcome to take advantage of Tox Day pricing too.

If making a phone call is somehow the hardest part of booking an appointment, we get it. 😂 That’s why you can book your appointment online! No waiting until business hours. No leaving a voicemail and then keeping your phone nearby in case we call back. No rehearsing what you’re going to say before you hit the call button. Just head to our website, choose what you’d like to book, find a time that works for you, and you’re all set.

And of course, if you do prefer talking to a real human or have questions before booking, we’re still here for that too. ☺️

“Facial balancing” is everywhere right now, but what does it actually mean? It’s really just looking at your face as a whole instead of treating one feature in isolation.
Your chin, lips, cheeks, jawline and profile all affect how we perceive the proportions of your face. Sometimes changing one area even slightly can create more balance without needing to treat several others. And balance does NOT mean perfect symmetry. Faces aren’t perfectly symmetrical, and they aren’t supposed to be. Good facial balancing works with the features you already have. The goal is to make thoughtful, subtle adjustments where they make sense while still keeping your face looking like your face!

Ever wonder why we carry medical-grade skincare instead of just recommending products you can grab at any store?
It comes down to formulation, ingredients, and results.
There’s nothing inherently wrong with OTC skincare. There are plenty of great products out there. But professional skincare gives us access to more targeted formulations and higher-performance ingredients that can complement the treatments we provide in the office. Skincare isn’t just about what happens during your appointment. What you use consistently at home can play a huge role in maintaining and building on those results.
We carry several professional skincare lines at Wild Birch, each chosen for a reason. Our goal isn’t to sell you an entire shelf of products, it’s to help you find the right products for your skin and your goals.

If you’re spending money on professional treatments, your at home skincare should work with them, not against them.

It’s easy to think that if one product is helping your skin, adding three more will help even more. But your skin can only handle so much.

Over-exfoliating, layering too many active ingredients, or constantly changing your routine can disrupt your skin barrier and actually make the problems you’re trying to fix worse.

A good skincare routine doesn’t need to be complicated. It needs to be appropriate for your skin and consistent enough to work. If your skin has suddenly become more sensitive, dry, red, or reactive, it might be time to take a look at everything you’re using and simplify. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your skin is give it a break. ☺️
