The CEO of the company visits each location quarterly to provide

training, mentor professionally with staff and lead team building activities. At Behavior Matters we strive to provide the best research-based ABA interventions in a multitude of settings. Behavior Matters offers services in three different states. Our Alaska clinic is located in Eagle River, serving Anchorage & the Mat-Su Valley. Our Nebraska office provides clinic based services for the Greater Omaha area. Our newest office located in northern California provides clinic-based services for the Vacaville and Fairfield areas, and home, clinic and community-based services in the Central Valley. We have a fantastic staff of BCBAs, BCABAs, RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Behavior Matters' employees have experience and/or extensive education and training in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Many of our technicians are in school to become Board Certified. Each member of the Behavior Matters Team has been handpicked for their expertise, compassion, and eagerness to serve families of children with developmental delays. Join AAP for an exclusive Zoo Night for the autism community on Saturday, August 29th at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo!

‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING‼️
This is a night for people on the autism spectrum and their loved ones who may not get to go to the Zoo other times of the year due to a number of different factors such as sensory differences. Please only sign up if you are part of this community, as it could be taking away the opportunity for another family who only gets to go during these events.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of our recent zoo events—and a high number of no-shows after registration—we’re continuing with registration limits and a small, non-refundable fee to help ensure spots are reserved by those who truly plan to attend. Our goal is to make sure as many families as possible can enjoy this special experience together!

‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING TOMORROW‼️
Important details:
- $2 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE reservation fee
- Please reserve a spot for every person attending in your family
- Please only register for your family. If you are planning to attend with another family as a group, have them register separately
- This is an after-hours event — some animals may not be visible due to their natural sleep cycles

🐼 Movie Tuesday: Kung Fu Panda 🥋

This week's featured movie is Kung Fu Panda!

Kung Fu Panda reminds us that greatness doesn't come from being perfect, it comes from believing in yourself, working hard, and never giving up. Po's journey teaches children that everyone learns at their own pace, and with encouragement, determination, and practice, amazing things are possible.

At Behavior Matters LLC, we celebrate every milestone and understand that progress looks different for every child. Every small step forward builds confidence and leads to meaningful growth.

What lesson from Kung Fu Panda inspires you the most?

📖 Colossians 1:10
"So that you may live a life worthy of the Lord... bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God."

Growth doesn't happen overnight, it happens through consistency, patience, and celebrating each success along the way. Every new communication skill, every independent task, and every moment of progress is worth recognizing. We're grateful to be part of each family's journey toward meaningful growth.

We hope your Sunday is filled with peace and encouragement!

"Some people are worth melting for."

Kindness has a way of warming even the coldest days. Whether it's lending a helping hand, sharing a smile, or simply being there for someone, small acts of compassion can make a big difference. This Feel Good Friday, let's celebrate the people who make our lives brighter and remember to be that person for someone else. 💙

This week's featured movie is Frozen!

Beyond the magical adventure, Frozen teaches children valuable lessons about courage, resilience, family, and accepting ourselves for who we are. Elsa and Anna's journey reminds us that love, trust, and perseverance can help us overcome challenges and that our differences make us unique.

At Behavior Matters LLC, we believe every child has their own strengths and abilities. By encouraging confidence, communication, and social growth, we help children discover what makes them truly shine.
