🌟 Staff Spotlight: Mina 🌟

This Week we're celebrating Mina, our compassionate Med Tech and Caregiver who joined the Ponderosa family in August 2026!

Mina loves being able to put a smile on residents' faces, and her favorite part of the day is simply being able to help them in any way she can.

Since joining us, Mina has gained a deeper awareness of what aging looks like. She has learned that we never know what the future holds, so she focuses on making the best of each day we have.

Outside of Ponderosa, Mina enjoys family time, taking drives to enjoy the outdoors, and finding new things to explore, learn, and try.

A few fun facts about Mina:

Her favorite colors are lavender and purple.
She loves anything uplifting and soft.
Her favorite treats are baked sweets, and she loves a good plate of rice.
Her dream trip is the Marshall Islands.
The words that describe her best are chill, easygoing, and quiet at first.
