Willie doesn’t come to Rock Steady Boxing because he’s training for a heavyweight title. He comes because he’s giving Parkinson’s a run for its money.

For Willie, every class is a commitment to keep moving. What started as an exercise program has become something much bigger: a community, a source of confidence, and a place where determination shows up again and again. The punches matter. The drills matter. But the real victory is showing up and refusing to let Parkinson’s define the next chapter.

Parkinson’s may have changed the fight, but for Willie, it doesn’t get the final round!

50 shows. 50 states. 50 weeks—what an incredible journey, and we were so lucky to be part of it!

There were smiles, laughter, and plenty of “how did he do that?!” moments as Josh wowed everyone with his amazing performance. ✨
