As a pelvic floor PT, I spend a lot of time teaching exercises, breathing, and movement… but sometimes the most important thing for pelvic health looks a lot more like this 🌊☀️
When we're constantly stressed, rushing, overstimulated, and living in survival mode, our nervous system can stay stuck in a protective state. That can influence pelvic floor tension, pain, urgency, leaking, constipation, and even how we recover postpartum.
