Recovering from a C-section? Here are a few reminders.

Healing doesn't end when the incision closes. Your abdominal wall, scar, core, and pelvic floor all play an important role in your recovery.

If you're experiencing pain, tightness, leaking, pressure, or discomfort months—or even years—after your C-section, know that these symptoms deserve attention.

Every recovery journey is different, and you don't have to figure it out alone.

Did you know?

Persistent hip pain isn't always coming from the hip itself.

The hip, pelvis, core, and pelvic floor work together as a team. When one area isn't functioning well, it can contribute to pain or movement changes in another.

While pelvic floor dysfunction isn't the cause of every case of hip pain, it can be one piece of the puzzle for some individuals.

If hip pain has been lingering despite treatment, a comprehensive evaluation may help uncover contributing factors that have been overlooked.

Did you know? 🩷💙

Endometriosis doesn't only affect your menstrual cycle. It can also contribute to symptoms involving the bladder, bowels, and pelvic floor, making urination or bowel movements painful or difficult for some people.

If these symptoms sound familiar, know that you're not alone, and support is available.

Every success story starts with a first step. 💙

Hearing that a patient is already noticing positive results after just two sessions is exactly why I love what I do.

The best exercise program is the one you'll actually do consistently. 💜

Small, consistent efforts add up over time. Make your pelvic floor exercises part of your daily routine, and your future self will thank you.

Save this as your reminder to get them done today! ✔️

Consistency beats perfection. 💜

Pelvic floor exercises don't have to take long—they just have to become a habit.

A few minutes each day can help improve strength, coordination, and awareness over time. The key is doing the right exercises for your body, because pelvic floor health isn't one-size-fits-all.

Save this as a reminder to keep moving, and if you're not sure which exercises are right for you, a pelvic floor evaluation can help guide the way.

Don't overlook your ankle mobility. 👣

Limited ankle dorsiflexion can affect the way you walk, squat, climb stairs, and even influence movement throughout the rest of your body. This simple mobility exercise can help improve ankle range of motion and promote better movement patterns.

Remember to move slowly, keep your heel on the surface, and only work within a comfortable range.

Not every exercise is right for every person—but the single leg hinge with weight is one I often use when appropriate to help improve strength, balance, and movement control.

This exercise can challenge:
✅ Glute strength
✅ Hamstring strength
✅ Hip stability
✅ Single-leg balance
✅ Core control

Depending on your individual needs, it may also be incorporated into a pelvic floor rehabilitation program, as the pelvic floor works together with your core, hips, and diaphragm during movement.
