Carie Yoga Gentle Hatha Yoga classes offered in a relaxing environment. These hatha yoga classes are gentle yoga classes
that are accessible to most everyone.

They involve
breath, meditation, body awareness, gentle stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and easier, with some modified, postures. These are good classes for beginners who want to start slowly or people who just prefer a slower pace with lots of warm-ups and meditation. They are also good classes for people with limited range-of-motion or with some chronic health conditions such as arthriti

s or fibromyalgia. The body likes to be blessed and invited to open. It will respond with a transformative quality, liberation, comforting energy and peace.
