Private beach yoga on Cape Cod, sunshine, lots of laughs, and the sweetest group this morning. There’s something pretty special about starting the day together by the ocean.

Yoga tip of the day: choose your foundation wisely. 😂

A strong headstand starts with steady forearms, an engaged core, and shoulders lifting away from the ears—not with balancing beside a pile of rocks like I apparently thought was a good idea.

Beautiful view? Yes. Sensible setup? Debatable.

Practice inversions on a stable, cushioned surface, use a wall or experienced teacher when needed, and skip the rocks. Your neck will thank you.
