Jaw pain isn’t something you have to live with. Waking up with soreness, clicking, or a tight jaw can be a sign of TMJ dysfunction, often caused by clenching or grinding at night.

A TMJ splint is a custom fitted oral appliance worn over the teeth, usually while you sleep. It keeps the jaw in a more relaxed position and reduces the pressure from clenching or grinding, which is often the source of jaw pain, headaches, and worn down teeth. Unlike an over the counter mouthguard, it’s molded specifically to your bite for a better fit and more consistent relief.
