Pop-Up #2: Mental Hygiene
Sign up to reserve your seat today—space is limited!
Did you know September is Su***de Prevention Month?
Whether you are navigating personal struggles, supporting a loved one, or carrying the heavy weight of caretaking, your mental health matters. Caring for others starts with caring for yourself, and taking time for self-care can save lives.
Join Dr. Ivette Ruiz for an interactive, engaging session designed to be a safe, welcoming, and positive space for everyone. Dr. Ruiz will open with an overview of mental hygiene—drawing from years of clinical, non-clinical, and agrotherapy experience—followed by an open environment where you can ask questions, gain resources, and share what works for you. This session isn't just a lecture; it's a supportive community space to connect, learn, and grow together.
