Pranic Healing works with the body’s energy, not just the physical structure. Every person has an energy body, sometimes called the aura, that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This energy body absorbs, distributes, and stores life force, known as prana. When someone experiences illness, injury, or emotional strain, disruptions show up in this energy field before they fully manifest physically, or they linger after the physical symptom has already passed.
In a session, a practitioner scans the energy body to sense where prana is depleted, stagnant, or congested. From there, the work involves two main steps: cleansing, which clears out used up or diseased energy, and energizing, which projects fresh prana into the affected areas to support the body’s own healing capacity. No physical touch is required. The practitioner works directly with the energy field a few inches from the body.
People come to Pranic Healing for physical concerns, emotional stress, anxiety, grief, and general energetic maintenance. It’s a complementary practice, meant to work alongside whatever medical or therapeutic care someone already has, not replace it.
