Did you know? Skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes are not quite the same.

Skilled nursing provides physician-directed medical care and rehabilitation after an illness, injury, or surgery. Nursing homes primarily provide ongoing help with daily living.

Skilled nursing stays are often short-term and recovery-focused (though can be ongoing to treat chronic conditions,) while nursing home care is usually long-term.

We offer skilled nursing care, both long and short-term, at all our Medilodge facilities. Reach out to us and schedule a tour to learn more!

Help us gather supplies for students in our community by dropping off items at any of our locations between July 27th and August 14th.

Starting the second week in August, Medilodge of East Lansing will be hosting outdoor movie nights. Join us every Wednesday from 6:00pm-8:00pm in our front yard. We welcome members of our community to join our staff and residents for some good movies, great company, and lasting memories!
