The electronic medical records system we use at Resilient Physical Therapy is Prompt, they were proactive to safeguard our data. As a reminder, there was no security incident involving Prompt, and your data remained protected throughout. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We’re currently experiencing a partial outage with our electronic medical records system. As a result, most patient-facing functionality is temporarily unavailable, including:
-Online scheduling
-Online bill pay
-Prompt HEP (home exercise programs) / Resilient Physical Therapy App
-Digital intake forms

What this means for you:
-To schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, please call our office at 517-295-0246.
-To make a payment, please call us or pay at your next visit.
-For your home exercise program, please refer to any printed copies or saved materials you already have. If you need your exercises, call us and we’ll gladly help.

Your care is not affected, and all scheduled appointments are still taking place as planned. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Happy World PT Day!

Today marks the unity and solidarity of the global physiotherapy community. It is an opportunity to recognise the work that physiotherapists do for their patients and community.

The theme for this year’s World PT Day is the role of physiotherapy and physical activity in the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of cardiovascular disease and stroke.

Jake is a dedicated physical therapist who helps patients of all ages improve performance and return to daily function, sports, and living an active lifestyle. Passionate about movement assessment and recovery, he provides individualized care that empowers patients to set obtainable goals and reach their maximum potential. Jake is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), has his Champion Performance-Specialist (C-PS) certification under the mentorship of world-renowned physical therapist, Mike Reinold, and holds certifications in Graston Technique and Functional Dry Needling.
