June is Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Awareness Month 💙

CMV is the leading non-genetic cause of childhood hearing loss and the most common virus passed from a pregnant woman to her unborn baby.

Congenital CMV can also cause vision loss, developmental delays, seizures, and other lifelong health challenges—but awareness and prevention can make a difference.

Join us in spreading the word and helping families learn about CMV. Early identification and intervention matter. 👂💙

May is National Speech- Language-Hearing Month! Early identification of hearing and speech and language disorders is crucial. The sooner individuals receive support, the better their outcomes can be. This month serves as a reminder for parents, caregivers, and educators to be vigilant about the signs of communication delays and to seek assistance when needed.
